Ensemble: No one is more important than anyone else, regardless of age, experience or previous history with the company. We strive to uplift and celebrate all members of the company onstage and off. 

Guests: We welcome guests from various improv backgrounds and creative endeavours to join us in performing. We strive to celebrate them and make their experience enjoyable.

Fun: A main goal of ours is to incorporate joy in our work and our process.

Audience appreciation: We hope each audience member has a wonderful experience filled with laughter and joy each and every show.
